7 Days to Bloom

                    

You have 7 days to grow flowers before the storm comes in! The goal is to have the most flowers to increase your chance of survival through the apocalypse.

How to play:

- Buy seeds from the newspaper

- Plant seeds in the planters

- Get water from the sink and water your plants every stage

- Wait for the plant to grow

- Pick your grown plants to earn currency

Contains:

- 3 different rooms

- 1 flower with 3 different stages

- A shop system

- A watering can

7 Days to Bloom was made for the Pastel Game Jam 2023 hosted by the Indie Devs and Creators Discord. The game was made in 7 days.

- Sound

- Fertilizer

- More plants

- Save function

- Flowers rotting and decaying if not picked in a timely manner.

- Add newspaper story

- Clouds coming in as the days go by

- Weather and post processing when the storm gets closer

- Highlight interactable objects

- Art updates

- Ingame tutorial

- Option to discard whatever is in your hand

- Press Esc to enter exit menu

- Visual cue that a seed is planted

Known bugs:

- Can't get rid of seed if not needed

- Seed and watering can can be equipped at the same time.
